Who? Huh?

From Yahoo:

WASHINGTON/ABBOTTABAD, Pakistan (Reuters) - Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden was killed in a U.S. helicopter raid on a mansion near the Pakistani capital Islamabad early on Monday, officials said, ending a nearly 10-year worldwide hunt for the mastermind of the September 11 attacks.

From MSNBC:
'Justice has been done,' Obama says; 9/11 mastermind is buried at sea after deadly gunbattle

Ummm... okay, so who is Khalid Sheik Mohammed? Isn't he being held at Guantanamo, and wasn't he waterboarded dozens of times, and isn't he facing a military tribunal, as the 9/11 mastermind?

And, iirc, hasn't KSM admitted it (with pride), while bin Laden always denied it (although he did say he was happy about 9/11)?

For what it's worth, I'm hearing that intel gathered at Guantanamo was instrumental in the success of this operation.

Also, bin Laden did take responsibility for 9/11:

I believe KSM was the operational head of the 9/11 attack itself, while OBL was the mastermind and inspiration for all of Al-Qaeda and all of its work. So, OBL is the 5-star general in charge of the war and KSM was the head of that particular operation.
