If you think this looks exactly like my brother, Mike, I'd have to agree with you! I've stared and stared at it, and still can't get over the fact that this is not Mike at all.
Do you know who he is?
(This time, the picture won't enlarge if you click on it. I did that on purpose, because, blown up, it no longer resembles my brother...)

Looks like Robert E. Lee to me.
Yes, that's who it is, "The General," as he is known here (Virginia).
I recognized that face right away too. I think we had a picture quite similar to that of him at home, and my brother as long as I could remember had a statue of him that was also quite similar to that picture. Have you heard the story of when he looked up from his devotions before communing and noticed that a black family had gone forward and knelt at the altar and no one would kneel beside them? He got up and brought his family forward and knelt beside them to share together the bread of life and the cup of salvation. I also love the story of how as a child he said goodbye to his angel at Stratford Hall.
My brother's comment, in an e-mail:
Just remember...The South shall rise again!
See you Thursday.
But I have to tell you, we (Unlike Pr. Weedon) are not native Virginians. Our parents were both born in Michigan.
